Great End to April!

I had an amazing chance this morning to go to the temple with Kimmy and Katie! I was a little worried because the session started at 7 so Kimmy was picking us up at 6:30! Yikes! I was pleasantly supprised by the fact that I was actually awake and not tired at all at 5:15am! Heck I really could have been doing the morning runs all this time! I had a whole day ahead of me after too! I went to the gym, hung out with Marissa bought the much dreded LSAT books and had an overall great day! Heck I even did some service tonight and picked up trash along the road for FHE! Then after FHE I visited my good friends Jerilyn and Megan! It was fun to visit! This is Megan super excited to go to the Movies with a special someone! Very nice Megan! It was a good end to the month! I can not wait to see what is in store for May! Should be exciting!

Celebration!

Tonight we had a small post graduation get together! It was fun to chill and hang out with everyone!

Graduation!!!

Alright it is official I have graduated from college! I am not sure it has really hit me yet! It probably won't until Fall when I don't go back to classes! These are some of the pictures from graduation! We got lucky and all the kids woke up right before the picture time! We waited in the stinking tunnells for ever before we started the processional!

The Family has Arrived!

The family all arrived in Utah for a visit and graduation today! I am so excited to spend time with them! Should be fun!

True Wolverine!

So my friend Natalie from church and I talked on Sunday about how she wanted to get together and take pictures because we are both graduating. So this afternoon we met and she helped to fulfil a goal that I have had since I started at UVSC. I got to ride the Wolverine! Oh man was it fun! It was so much fun that I made Marissa join in the event! I just may get some more of my friends to do it again tomorrow!

I Am SORRY! and Thank You!

So tonight the tables were turned and I now more fully understand what I have put Kimmy through with all the talk of her importance! Let's just say there was a room of about 6 people including me and I am pretty sure it was 5-1 against me! So at this time I would like to apologize to Kimmy for everything I have previously said! I am going to honor my pinky promise that I made and end all talk of it from here on out! Sorry for how long it has gone on and thanks for the little lesson that I learned tonight! Even if it sucked having to hear it! You are amazing! Thanks for still being my friend even after it all!

What's Next???

So today in Church there was a lot of talk about how after graduation there is a lot of decisions to make and people shared personal experiences of hard times. I am about a little less than 5 days from graduation and I have no clue what is next! So I have decided I am going to make a comment box! ;) If you have any suggestions I am interested in them! I doubt this is really going to work because I really should be making decisions for myself, but I figured What the Heck! I have no clue and maybe someone will make a great suggestion! So get the brain motors going! HELP ME!!!

Girls Night!

Tonight Esther, Jania, Kimmy and I had dinner together at Las Tarascas! It is 110% Authentic! It is actually really good Mexican Food! Sadly I forgot I had my camera until we got back to the lovely Riverside! Also got to go visit Megan and Jerilyn tonight! They are two of my favorites!

Cultural Experiences!

Tonight I went to Susie's recital at the Retirement Community! It was fun! Susie did a good job! Thank Kimmy for going with me!! It was my pleasure!

Good News!

So awhile back I had this huge presentation that was freaking me out and I did not know how I did! Well I am happy to report that I got a 39 out of 40! Yes!! I guess my teacher did not want to give me a 100% for the class so I am getting a 99%! Yeah I can live with that! This news made me even more dedicated to finishing this paper that I am working on that is due by Midnight! I know I can do it! Only 4 more single spaced pages! Then I am all done! Oh man maybe I should have gotten some Vault tonight!

Hearing Problems!

So this is basically me yesterday on the phone with my mom! I have been having some ear issues for a few days, and this morning I was sitting in class and decided I should go get it looked at! I found out that I have an ear infection in not just one ear, but both ears! I am on antibiotics and hopefully the pain will go away in a few days and the hearing should return to normal within the week! Good thing because I am tired of hearing everything in tunnel sound!

That time of the year!

Finals are almost here, I know because this afternoon the eye twitching started and I am pretty sure I cleaned out my hairbrush 3 times this week! Good thing I have a lot of hair otherwise I would be concerned with balding. I am going to really try and be better about going to bed earlier! It is one of my goals to be in bed asleep by 1am! I have done decent so far, but I can and will do better!

Scrapbook Extravaganza

Tonight I made the annual trip to the Expo center in South Jordan! It has become a tradition to attend with Marissa and not wanting to break tradition, we attended! Oh my goodness some of those people are hard core dedicated! I hope that one day I can be 1/8 as dedicated! They were having contests and some of the winners shocked me. For example: Youngest person actually scrap booking: 2 different 3year old girls! I could barely stay inside the lines coloring when I was 3. Oldest person scrap booking: 93. Most money spent so far: i think it was like $700 plus, Most money spent at one booth: $300plus if I remember, Most pages completed during the Expo: 29 pages, Yeah I am pretty sure that in all I have about 10 pages done! I suck! So yeah the Expo was great I got some pretty cool stuff, and I even got to see Megan who was working at the Die Cuts With View booth! Always one of our favorite stops it was even better this year! Very Nice Megan Very Nice!

Issues

I can not believe that this semester is almost over! I am having serious issues figuring out what I am going to do this summer and next fall and basically what I am going to do in the future! All that I know as of now is that I am graduating on the 27th and I am freaking out!! I swear the next person who asks what I am going to do with my life is going to regret it. Everytime I answer the question I freak out a little bit more. I think from now on I am just going to make up a random story! It is going to be classic!

Oh No She did Not just say that!

Today in Ethics the teacher (aka jackass) was dancing around being well just being him. That led to a guy in the class questioning why he chose the seat that allowed him to see the entire dance. Then some how jackass brings up that it is because he wanted to look at his butt, this was bad enough but then some girl in the class blurted out "YOU DO HAVE A NICE BUTT" what the?? We all had to check with each other to confirm that we actually heard what we thought we had! Hey whatever floats your boat! Pretty sure she is going to get an A!

Happenings of RV#40

Tonight Romina and her Mom made empanads and we all visited! Kimmy came over to help finish up stinking flyer distribution and Marissa even made a visit to borrow The Holiday DVD. Then as we were all getting ready to call it a night, Romina's mom pointed out that we had not had FHE. I quickly came up with a couple quotes from one of my trusty mission binders of quotes and then we sang a hymn. I had no problem singing 1 hymn mainly because half of the singers were singing in Spanish so it was a new experience! What a fun time!

Meet Loco!

Romina's Mom made me a new friend last night at her families Easter dinner! I have named the little guy Loco! El Pollo Loco! Here he is making his blog debut!

Easter Fun!

The Easter Bunny came to visit today! I love that furry rabbit! Even though I don't like most animals he is the exception! Church today was awesome in Sunday School Cory showed a video of Elder McConkie's last testimony mixed with the Lamb of God video! Wow it was a great reminder of the true meaning of Easter! Tonight I got to make Claudia dinner for Easter which was fun! She had never really celebrated Easter "American style" so I did my best to make her first American Easter rememberable! The Easter Bunny even brought her, her first ever Easter Baskets! It was a great day! Poncho made a cameo at dinner and one of Claudia's friends stopped by to visit and had some dinner with us! Carrie and Daniel even came by to visit later which is always fun! I have missed hanging out with them!

Golfing Fun!

This sign led to a discussion of what "offensive language" is! Also sad day I had to stay out of the water! I wanted to go fishing! Megan is very talented! She can Tee off and talk to Kimmy on the phone all at the same time! Wow she is amazing!
For sure in Utah there was a pioneer wagon in the middle of one of the holes! Wonder if there was putt putt during pioneer times??

Tonight I went putt-putting with Jerilyn, Megan and Jason (Jerilyn's friend from SLC). It was a ton of fun! We tried out a new golf course and it was pretty quality. The people who designed it really liked rocks because quite a few holes had big boulders right in the middle. Heck the course even had "sand traps" and water traps! Jason was the big winner of the night followed closely by Megan and then there was me and Jerilyn bringing up the rear!

IT IS OVER! FINALLY

Alright so I am still not the brightest crayon in the box! I retook the astronomy midterm yesterday and failed even more than I did the first time! Well this afternoon I figured I should go take the final so that I would know what to expect and study so I could retake it on Friday. In order to pass the class you are required to score a 50% on the final! Easy right?? WRONG! I was freaking out called mom for encouragement the entire way from UVSC to BYU while I ate way too many M&M's hoping that if they really do help, I would be better off. I even went and took it with a check in my pocket to write for my retake fee! As I was taking the final I was freaking out that I was not going to remember all the stuff for my cram session I was planning for tonight! Well when I got the grade report back I was pleasently suprised to have scored a 51%! I was so happy that the guy in the office was convinced I had gotten an A! When I informed him I actually got a D- he just smiled and probably thought I was retarded! Well he is kinda right I am retarded, but not too retarded to earn a 66% for the class which breaks down to a C!!! Yeah I am smart enough to pass! Now I can focus on all my other classes and start thinking about the LSAT!

I am Dumber than Before!

Went and retook the first Midterm for Astronomy. Yep I went from a 48% to a 40% I did not know it was humanly possible to take almost the exact same test, and score 8% lower the second time around! Wow I really am DUMB!

Award Dinner and Dad makes a visit!

Tonight was the Award Banquet for the Business School. Dad was so great and drove into town for the night to go with me! I am so lucky to have such a nice Dad that would drive 24 hours total for an hour dinner! I am glad he came though! He got to meet some of my professors and I got to spend some time with him! The award dinner was pretty fun, we had dinner and got our awards, took some pictures and it was done! Thanks to Marissa and my Daddy for going with me and putting up with the Salmon! I know it is both of their Favorites!
